Account Settings

Account settings allow you to configure basic information, appearance, and behavior of your account in the system.

Basic Information

  • Account Name — displayed in the header and on account pages
  • Description — short account description (optional)
  • Prefix (Subdomain) — account address, e.g., mycompany.intum.pl — generated automatically or set manually
  • Primary Domain — selection of the primary account domain from the list of configured domains

Localization

  • Timezone — Warsaw by default, affects the display of dates and times throughout the system
  • Language — default interface language (Polish, English, French, Czech, Slovak, German, Spanish, Ukrainian)

Security

  • Enforced 2FA — enforces two-factor authentication for all account users. Once enabled, users have a one-month grace period to set up 2FA — after that, login without 2FA will be blocked

Custom Fields

The account allows defining custom fields for various objects in the system (CRM clients, contacts, deals, tasks, projects). Each field has:

  • Type (text, number, date, boolean, dropdown)
  • Label
  • Default value
  • Required flag
  • Option to display on the list

Custom fields are configured in the settings of the corresponding modules (CRM, Organize).
