AI Conversations
Conversations are the history of messages exchanged with an AI model. Each conversation maintains context, so AI remembers previous questions and answers.
AI Models
Conversations can be conducted with various AI models through connectors:
- OpenAI — GPT-4, GPT-4o, and others
- Google Gemini — Gemini models
- Anthropic Claude — Claude Sonnet, Opus, Haiku
Features
- Message history — full conversation history with messages split between user and AI
- System prompts — system instructions defining AI behavior
- Context — AI receives the conversation history and responds within its context
- Object association — a conversation can be linked to a task, ticket, or other system element
- Cascading prompts — the system automatically selects the prompt: first it looks for user settings, then team, department, account, and finally uses the default
