Response Templates

Templates are ready-made responses that an operator can quickly insert during a chat conversation. They speed up client support and ensure communication consistency.

Use Cases

  • Greetings — standard client greeting
  • FAQ — answers to frequently asked questions
  • Farewells — ending a conversation
  • Instructions — ready-made instructions for common issues

Template Properties

  • Name — template identifier (e.g., “Greeting”, “Password Reset Instructions”)
  • Content — message text to be inserted
  • Active — whether the template is available for use
  • Widget — optionally, a template can be assigned to a specific widget

How to Use

In the operator panel during a conversation, the operator can select a template from the list — the content will be inserted into the message field, ready to send or modify.
