CRM Notes

Notes allow you to record information about interactions with clients, contacts, and deals. They serve as a history of communication and important agreements.

Use Cases

  • Recording agreements from phone calls
  • Meeting notes
  • Important client information
  • Negotiation history

Note Properties

  • Name — short title (e.g., “Phone Call”, “Meeting”)
  • Content — description in Markdown format
  • Date — when the contact took place
  • Type — note type (e.g., phone, meeting, email)

Association

A note is always assigned to one object:

From the client/contact/deal card, you can see a list of all associated notes, sorted from newest.
