Client Statuses

Statuses allow you to classify clients, contacts, and deals by service stage. Example statuses: “New”, “Active”, “VIP”, “Inactive”.

Status Properties

  • Name — displayed on the list and in filters
  • Color — color highlighting the status on lists
  • Priority — display order (can be changed with up/down arrows)
  • Active — whether the status is available for selection
  • Closed — marks a final status (e.g., “Inactive”)

Use Cases

Sales Pipeline

Statuses create a pipeline for deals — e.g.:

  1. Contact
  2. Offer Sent
  3. Negotiations
  4. Won / Lost

Client Segmentation

Grouping clients by stage of cooperation — e.g., “Potential”, “Active”, “Premium”, “Lost”.

Deleting a Status

If a status is assigned to clients/contacts/deals — before deleting, you must choose a status to which the associated records will be reassigned.

Counters

Each status shows how many clients, contacts, and deals are assigned to it.
