CRM Module

The CRM module allows you to manage client relationships — from the first contact, through ongoing support, to tracking sales opportunities.

Main Elements

  • Clients — companies and individuals you work with
  • Contacts — people associated with clients (client employees)
  • Deals — sales opportunities and transactions (pipeline)
  • Notes — records and comments on clients, contacts, and deals
  • Statuses — client service stages

Integration with Other Modules

CRM is the central point of the system — connected to many modules:

  • Tasks — assigning tasks to clients
  • Emails — correspondence history with clients
  • Helpdesk — tickets associated with clients
  • WebChat — chat conversations with clients
  • VoIP Calls — phone call history
  • Forms — form results assigned to clients
  • Documents — files associated with clients

CRM Dashboard

The dashboard (/crm) gives a quick overview of activity — recent deals, clients, and notes.

Assignment

Clients, contacts, and deals can be assigned to specific team members (the “Responsible” field). This makes it easier to divide work and track who handles whom.
