AI built into the system

Throughout the Intum system you’ll find buttons that let you quickly use AI in the context of the current view - such as helpdesk configuration, content generation, or data analysis.

Additionally, text editors include AI-assisted writing features - correcting, shortening, expanding, and translating text.

Prompts

Each AI button operates based on a prompt - an instruction that defines AI behavior. The system has default prompts that can be customized at the level of:

  • Company - shared settings for the entire organization
  • Department - separate AI behavior for different teams
  • User - individual preferences

Vector databases

A company can store its own information in vector databases - such as procedures, FAQs, and product documentation. The collected information is automatically used by AI buttons throughout the system, so AI responses are tailored to your company’s specifics.

Noe applications and tools

In addition to built-in AI features, the Noe module enables you to independently create:

  • Applications - custom web applications (Svelte, Vue, React, HTML/JS) running inside Intum or as standalone pages
  • Databases - flexible databases with dynamic schemas that AI can create and manage for applications
  • Vector databases - additional databases for collecting and semantically searching information

Noe applications allow you to extend system functionality without involving developers - a business user can build a tool tailored to their own needs.
