Activities

Activities are a change log that records all significant operations performed in the system — creating, editing, and deleting objects.

What Is Logged?

The system tracks activities from all modules:

  • Organize — creating and editing tasks, closing tasks, comments, leave requests, posts, task lists, recurring tasks
  • Mail — sending, editing, deleting and recovering emails, changing priorities, spam filtering
  • CRM — creating and editing clients, contacts, deals, CRM notes
  • Forms — creating and editing forms, form submissions
  • Knowledge Base — creating and editing knowledge bases, categories, entries
  • Other — logging in as another user, tags, sending SMS

Activity Details

Each activity contains:

  • Who made the change
  • When (date and time)
  • What was changed (object and fields)
  • Values before and after the change
  • IP address and browser information

Activities from the last 10 minutes can be reverted by an administrator. Reverting restores the previous values of the changed fields.
