What Are Posts?

Posts are internal information entries within a team or project. They are used to share knowledge, announcements, and notes with team members.

What Posts Are Used For

  • Team announcements — informing team members about important changes
  • Internal documentation — documenting decisions, procedures, and agreements
  • Project notes — documenting progress and conclusions from a project
  • Discussion — posts have a comments section for discussing the topic

Creating a Post

  1. Go to TasksPosts
  2. Click + (New Post)
  3. Fill in:
    • Title — required, the post topic
    • Content — description in the Markdown editor with support for images and attachments
    • Team — optional team assignment
    • Project — optional project assignment
  4. Save

Comments

A comments section is available under each post. Team members can discuss the post, add remarks, and attachments.

Attachments

Files can be added to a post — both inline in the content (images) and as separate attachments.

Archiving

Outdated posts can be archived. Archived posts remain accessible but don’t appear on the main list.

Important Information

  • A post can be assigned to a team and/or project
  • Posts have a comment counter — visible on the list
  • A post can have a type (kind) — for categorizing entries
  • Each post records who created and last edited it
